They contain extracts of the same plant colourants used in the hair colours.
Although they can can enliven the colour of undyed hair they are not a substitute for the Logona Herbal Hair Colourants.

The first time I used this shampoo, it left my hair feeling greasy, as though it hadn't washed it (perhaps I didn't use enough!). After that, it works like just any other shampoo with less foam, but still enough to make you feel that you hair is being washed. Good product!

The logona range is a good brand. This particular product doesn't foam up well and I found it to be a bit harsh on my hair (probably great for getting out shampoo build up or hairspray/gel build up every so many hair washes). The henna inside it hasn't made my hair look any better than before. Sorry. I tried it.
