Delivery Charges and Times

Orders placed by 10am Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same working day. We do not dispatch at weekends or public holidays.

UK Orders under £40

• Express - 1^st class (Royal Mail 24) - £5.95
• Standard - 2^nd class (Royal Mail 48) - £3.95

UK Orders over £40

• Express - 1^st class (Royal Mail 24) – £2
• Standard - 2^nd class (Royal Mail 48) - FREE

EU - We’re very sorry to let you know that, due to recent changes and requirements relating to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations in the EU, we are currently unable to ship orders to EU countries.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and support.

We hope to be able to resume shipping to the EU in the future once we can meet the applicable requirements.

Rest of World shipments cost £14.99 below 2kg in weight and £24.99 above 2kg.

International Delivery Time, Import Duty and VAT
International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail. Royal Mail state that the average delivery time for airmail is 3 to 7 days to Europe and 5 to 10 days outside Europe. However Royal Mail cannot guarantee the delivery time because they have no control over it once it is passed over to another country. Sometimes it can take several weeks depending on the country.

Orders to countries outside the UK will have the 20% VAT deducted but you will have to pay import duties in your country. This includes countries based within the EU.

Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee exact customs charges or advise what these will be; these are set by your own country.

 

*Note on Royal Mail UK Delivery Times: 
1st Class (Royal Mail 24) is usually delivered in 1 to 3 days and 2nd Class (Royal Mail 48) is usually delivered in 2 to 4 days, but this is not guaranteed - sometimes it can get held up and take up to 10 days. Please wait 7 days after placing an order before you contact us about a lost UK parcel.  

 

Returns

If you wish to return or cancel any items in your order, please contact us by calling 01638 714953 or emailing itspure.suvarna@gmail.com. If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched you must pay the return delivery costs.

Goods may be returned within 30 days from the date of despatch. Providing they are unopened, the seal is not broken, and they are unused, we will be happy to refund the full cost of the products. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). This is in addition to your statutory rights. 

Order Errors

Upon receipt of your order please carry out a thorough inspection of the goods and notify us within 3 working days of any defect, shortage or other error in your order by telephoning 01638 714953 or using the contact form or replying to your order confirmation email. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
