Smelt and tasted rancid.

The lipstick looked a beautiful colour when I opened it but when I tried it on it tasted rancid. Like a really old lipstick. I wish that I would've smelt it before trying it on. It's not out of date so I don't really understand why it's gone off. I was hoping to return it and get a refund but they seem to have forgotten about me. It's been almost two weeks now 🤷‍♀️
